Job Description:
wCyber Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to oversee telesales and social media marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in engaging clients through phone-based sales, managing social media platforms, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who can build customer relationships, drive sales performance, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct telesales and follow up on prospective clients.
• Manage and promote company products and services through social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in telesales and social media marketing is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated, target driven, and organized.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to clients.
