A private educational institution is seeking to appoint a dynamic, visionary, and experienced school leader to fill the position of School Principal. The successful candidate will oversee both our Junior and Senior school campus, driving academic excellence and holistic student development across all age groups.
Position Summary

Reporting To: Board of Governors
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Institutional Leadership
Provide overarching academic, administrative, and pastoral leadership for both the Junior and Senior school divisions.
Formulate and implement the school’s strategic plan in alignment with modern global educational trends.
Maintain a cohesive school culture that bridges the transition from primary to secondary education seamlessly.
2. Academic Excellence & Quality Assurance
Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of local and international curricula.
Monitor student performance data across all grades to implement targeted academic intervention and enrichment programs.
Drive the integration of cutting-edge educational technology (EdTech) into daily classroom learning.
3. Staff Management & Development
Recruit, mentor, and appraise a high-caliber team of teaching and administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative professional learning community (PLC) and oversee continuous professional development (CPD) programs.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
Collaborate with the Finance Director to prepare and manage annual school budgets, resource allocation, and infrastructural development.
Ensure strict compliance with national educational regulations, health and safety standards, and child safeguarding policies.
5. Stakeholder & Community Relations
Serve as the primary ambassador of the school, building strong, transparent relationships with parents, alumni, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, and corporate partners.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or Business Administration (MBA). A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education is a prerequisite.
Curriculum Knowledge: Proven expertise in managing either primary-level foundational learning or secondary-level schools.
Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, robust conflict-resolution abilities, financial acumen, and outstanding public speaking skills.
