Job Description
Tsapo Group of Companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of a Credit Controller based in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receives, record and process invoices.
2. Make payments to creditors (trade, statutory e.t.c).
3. Post creditors' payments in general ledger.
4. Handling petty cash.
5. Prepare creditors payments schedules.
6. Assist in the coordination of monthly stock takes.
7. Ensure daily cash and debtor targets are met.
8. Proffer recommendations and advice on queries regarding accounts receivables.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A bachelors' degree in Accounting.
2. Professional certification such as CIMA and ACCA is an added advantage.
3. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
4. Excellent decision making skills.
5. Ability to deal with problematic clients.
6. A clean Class 4 Drivers' Licence.
