• Digital Expertise: Proven experience managing WhatsApp chatbots, Facebook, and Email marketing tools.
• CRM Proficiency: Practical knowledge of CRM systems to track customer interactions and engagement.
• Market Intelligence: Experience in the educational sector or developing targeted strategies for schools.
• Core Skills: Strong campaign planning, social media advertising concepts, and event coordination.
