Duties and Responsibilities
Unki Mines (Private) Limited, offers a developmental opportunity to the qualifying candidate for training as a Graduate Trainee People and Organisation/Human Resouce within the mining environment.
This is a 2 YEAR FIXED TERM ROLE for People and Organisation /Human Resource graduates who want to have a smarter future within mining. Initially, you will be offered a two-year graduate programme with UNKI Platinum mines based in Shurugwi, Zimbabwe.

Qualifications and Experience

The following are the minimum entry requirements for the programme:
2.1 or better degree class in Bachelor of Social Science (Honours or Masters) in Human Resources Management Degree or any relevant Social Sciences
Certified medically fit
Experience
Attachment or working in a People and Organisation Department is an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
