Job Description

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will undergo a two year comprehensive training program in the Human Resources Department of Econet Wireless (Pvt) Ltd. The Trainee will be trained to analyse HR related data and to come up with relevant HR dashboards and trackers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
 Gathers inputs from Human Resources Operations, Talent Development and Wellness sections then analyse (sense-checks), edits, consolidates and produces weekly, monthly and other operational reports
for the Human Resources function.
 Identifying and following-up on any areas of concern that the CHRO/HRBP Reporting & Analytics/Head Compensation & Benefits needs to focus on.
 Tracks and reports on staff costs movement (Actual YTD Staff Costs against Prior Year and against Budget) on a monthly basis.
 Compiles and Develops monthly Human Resources KPIs dashboards and reports
 Develops standard and ad hoc report templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for use in the HR function in line with the business reporting requirements.
 Updates the consolidated Human Resources Plans and budgets in line with requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification, Skills and Experience
 The role is suitable for an individual who vibrant, energetic and below the age of 26 years.
 Bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics or equivalent with at least upper second (2.1) class.
 Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
 6 O' levels passes including Maths and English
 Excellent communication skills, a passion to learn and strong analytical skills to solve problems.
 Innovative & adaptable.
 Honesty & integrity is a must.
 Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
 Ability to work under pressure and make rational decisions and problem solve.
