Group Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Group Human Resources Officer responsible for all the human resources functions for the Group.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Recruitment and Selection
 Conduct employee orientation/induction training
 Industrial relations management - have knowledge and experience of NEC’s, Trade Unions, disciplinary and grievance handling
 Experience of payroll systems, data collection and processing
 Performance management
 Welfare management
 Compile HR reports and ad-hoc presentations for Senior Management
 Job Evaluation
 Training and Development
