Job Description
Tsapo Group of Companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking the services of a Group Training Officer based in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Spearheading Tsapo Group Training strategy.
2. Designing and delivering Tsapo Group training calender and programs.
3. Coordinating in-house trainings.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report to respective SBU managers.
5. Designing and delivering effective induction training and monitor the development of trainees.
6. Evaluate and arrange external training for special programs.
7. Making sure training is cost-effective and within the budget.
8. Keep up to date with industrial development and new training methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A degree in Human Resources Management or related.
2. Professional certification such as IPMZ is an added advantage.
3. At least 4 years' experience in a similar role.
4. Knowledge and experience in the motor industry is a distinct advantage.
5. Goal driven individual with excellent problem solving skills.
