THE POSITION:
• This individual will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the company, HR department.
• He/she should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration.
• Top candidates must display capabilities and skills in problem-solving, be efficient in scheduling and precise in the recruitment Process.
• He/she is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time management skills.
• He/she must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatise in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate MUST have Some previous HR management experience.
THE LOCATION:
• You will be working from Harare, Zimbabwe or remotely by completing your responsibilities
EXPERIENCE:
• The candidate must have 3 years proven working experience in Human Resources management with experience in a Human Resources management software preferred.
