Human Resources and Training Officer : Dandemutande Dandemutande

Job Summary

Applications are invited to fill-in the above position which has arisen within the company. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Human Resources Executive and will be responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Training and development function.
• Assessing the training of individuals or group of employees.
• Designing and assessing training programmes.
• Implement the Performance Management System and Succession Planning.
• Assist in recruitment, selection and processing engagements and terminations of employees.
• Assist in Human Resources policy and strategy formulation.
• Promote and implement welfare activities in line with the company policies and practices.
• Human Resources Administration i.e. preparation of payroll input, fleet management, employee record management.
• Prepare input for Human Resources reports i.e. monthly management reports and board reports.
• Update the monthly report for all employees and compile personnel statistics reports.
• Advise on Safety, Health and Environment.
• Supervision of administration staff.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and skills
• A degree in Human Resources and/or relevant Social Sciences.
• Working knowledge and experience in Training and Development function is a must.
• A diploma in IPMZ or a relevant professional board.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Honest
• Value moral integrity
• Analytical.
