Job Description
As a marketing executive, your duties are bound to vary from purely commercial as developing winning marketing strategies for the company to organizing promotional events for the same.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Collaborate with marketing manager and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail)
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Specifying a company's target audience based on market research
Cultivating relationships with potential customers like prospects and leads so as to build the company's clientele
Monitoring social media traffic to measure the public's perception of the company's brand
updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
And any other assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
Prior experience as a Marketer or a related role.
He or she must on be on all social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram , etc.
Reading business books is a must e.g. Rich Dad Poor Dad ,
Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods.
Driver’s licence is a must
2+ year of experience in the same field or position.
Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Well versed in reading business books and a business acumen.
A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
From 25 to 34 years
