Job Summary


One of our Client in the Motor industry is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Create an overall Marketing Strategy for the group to be approved by the directors
• Create a full budget for the Marketing Strategy / Plan and its implementation
• Assess performance of department against the budgets and plans implemented
• Create an operational plan that is aligned to the overall strategy
• Implementation of this operational plan
• Full review and assessment of success of the strategy and implementation.
• Implement a customer relations strategy and operational plan that is aligned to the overall strategy
• Implement a customer relations policies, procedures, standards, systems and tools to support implementation of customer relations strategy and plan
• Determine customer needs and expectations and integrate the management of theses into customer relations management plan
• Implement customer relations goals and targets that will be achieved by the division
• Implement customer relations capacity building programme in order to promote a culture of excellent customer service
• Conduct customers’ satisfaction survey in order to assess the customer relations standard are adhered to at all times
• Monitor and evaluate compliance to customer relations policies, procedures and standards
• Monitor and assess the impact
2 Implementation of Customer Relationship Management system
• Facilitate capacity building of all employees, delivery network and service providers with regards to customer relationship management system
• Implement customer satisfaction processes
• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction processes
• Conduct regular surveys to establish customer satisfaction rate
• Analyse the outcomes of the survey
• Implement improvement intervention thereof

4 • Operational management
5 • Carry out and manager general day to day functions of the marketing function:
• Social Media Page enquiries
• Social media posting – on preapproved posts / content
• Social media advertising – adboosts etc
• Campaign Results Reporting on a weekly basis
• Competitor Analysis
• Updating campaign folder
• Managing and sorting all artworks required with designer
• Search Engine optimisation & website content optimisation (e.g. setting up Google Adwords budget and ensuring our website is adapted to include keywords
• Arranging promotional gifts orders
• Managing promo gift stock rooms
• Managing the event materials for events
• Creation of a calendar of events at which the companies will participate and ensuring that once agreed the best possible positions are gained at each event
• Managing, Setting up, Dismantling all show stands at all events
• Instore training sessions on marketing campaigns
• Assisting with designers requirements
• Assisting with all serviced provider requirements (eg: Flyer distribution , Newspaper)
• Updating – all data capture mediums and ensuring that the teams have stock of all items such as : “how was your service data capture & ensuring all stores have enough print outs of 25% off vouchers / Nitrogen Loyalty Cards / Selecting Prize winner of $50 for filling in feedback card / Inputting data from events”
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs
• arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• maintaining and updating customer databases
• conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• General tasks requested of you by the Directors

Qualifications and Experience


An Honors degree in Marketing/Customer Relations or relevant qualification
At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing environment

Knowledge:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
