Job Description

As part of our continued growth and expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the institution’s marketing strategy aimed at increasing student enrolment, strengthening brand visibility, enhancing corporate partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning Claremont Business School as a preferred provider of professional and higher education solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
-Drive student recruitment campaigns for professional qualifications, diploma programmes, corporate training, and executive education programmes.
-Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, SEO, website content, and email marketing.
-Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, corporates, professional bodies, and industry stakeholders.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
-Coordinate branding, promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, and student engagement activities.
-Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and performance analytics.
-Develop innovative approaches for increasing brand awareness and market penetration.
-Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure optimal return on investment.

Qualifications and Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations, or related field.
-A Master’s Degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
-Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role.
-Strong understanding of both physical and digital marketing tools and techniques.
-Demonstrated experience in relationship management, lead generation, and brand development.
