Tsapo Group Of Companies Is Looking For An Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
• Providing strategic direction of the dealerships in line with the Group's vision.
• Planning and developing short & long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
• Ensuring profitability of the dealerships by overseeing operations, sales, service & parts.
• Ensuring business and market-share growth for the dealerships.
• Mobilise and deploy resources for efficient business operations.
• Budgeting and performance management.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging consumer trends and market developments.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
• Marketing Management/Business Degree or Equivalent.
• At least 8 Years experience in the Motor Industry.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
