Job Description
Clarus is a business unit that specialises in publishing and textbook sales. A vacancy has arisen within Clarus for the Publishing and Sales Officer post.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES
to include but not limited to
• Marketing and selling textbooks and related products.
• Following up on the status of books in production.
• Making sure the books have been proof read and all illustrations are correct.
• Reporting on the status of books and sales to the supervisors.
• Co-ordinating textbook approvals and typing
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Competences
• Sales and marketing qualification.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Proven skills in Marketing and Sales.
• Project management.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Education/ Book sector an advantage.
