Job Description

Are you looking to join Prodairy? We are not just a business organization, but a fast-moving consumer goods world-class manufacturer. We are looking for a results-driven and solution-oriented individual to join our Sales Department in the role of Regional Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares sales plans for all channels.
• Maintains and expands customer base.
• Keeps track of price trends of related products to align own products with pricing in the market.
• Suggests new innovative sales techniques.
• Maintains gross margins in line with planned pricing matrices across all product lines.
• Attends to and ensures that customer complaints and suggestions are reviewed and acted upon within the set or agreed response timeframes.
• Analyzes regional market trends and discovers new opportunities.
• Adheres to safety, health environment, and quality systems.
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Management or any other relevant qualification.
• Software: Pastel Evolution/ Excel
• Knowledge of FMCG/Dairy Business.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Personality: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast-paced culture.
