Job Description
AMOSA Institute of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (AIOSHE) is seeking for competent and experienced Sales and Marketing Executives.
The Institute is a Zimbabwe registered training and SHEQ institute accredited by Ministry of Mines and Mining Development, South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH), Canadian Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB), Environmental Management Agency (EMA) and the Fire Brigade. The institution offers practical competent based training and SHEQ business solutions for various industrial sectors.
PERMANENT POSITION X 1 Post for Bulawayo Region (Bulawayo Based).
PART TIME POSITIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING REGIONS:
Gweru, Kwekwe, Kadoma, Mutare, Masvingo, Chinhoyi and Bindura.
Note: Candidates should be based in the region of preferred part time work.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Executive you are expected to be able to do the following duties:
■ ensuring the company meets the sales targets. Make sales.
■ development of marketing strategies, unique sales plans and implementing marketing plans for the company products and services.
■ developing pricing strategies.
■ handle complaints of the clients and negotiate contracts with the clients.
■ create marketing campaigns on social media platforms that is digital and online marketing.
■ write monthly reports on sales and marketing performance of the institute
■ Updating client’s databases.
■ Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define needs of clients.
Qualifications and Experience
REQUIREMENTS:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales or related field.
Proven two (2) years’ work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the sales Department. Young and energetic person who is organised and result oriented.
