Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for the position of Sales and Marketing/Business Development Officer in a growing and dynamic construction company. The incumbent will be responsible for market development and generating sales for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prospecting for new business through various marketing techniques
Developing marketing campaigns and adverts with a view to increasing sales revenue for the company
Analysing the market to identify opportunities arising for the company.
Following up on all referrals and self-generated leads to convert them into sales.
Making sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
Representing the company in various marketing arrangements such as exhibitions, shows etc
Qualifications and Experience
A marketing qualification from a reputable institution
At least 3 years relevant experience. Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Must demonstrate high skills in Sales and Business Development.
Strong customer service experience.
Must have a Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
