Requirements:
* Customer Service Skills: Friendly and eager to assist customers.
* Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication.
* Organizational Skills: Keeping track of inventory and maintaining a tidy store.
* Basic Math Skills: Handling transactions and giving correct change.
* Sales Skills: Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and promoting products.
* Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Product Knowledge: Understanding the store’s products.
* Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using POS systems and CRM software.
Qualifications::
* Marketing Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
* 1+ year if experience.
* Must be good in English and Shona.
* Knowledge in Motor industry is an added advantage.
* NO CHANCERS.
