Job Description
Lovol Kingfisher is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of a Sales Manager based in Harare.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Directing and coordinating all sales activities.
2. Assisting in preparation of the sales budget and projections.
3. Tracking and monitoring sales performance of the Sales Executives.
4. Designing and implementing sustainable sales strategies and plans.
5. Handling and resolving customer complaints.
6. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
7. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
8. Designing localized promotions to increase brand visibility, preference, growth and sales dominance.
Qualifications and Experience
1. A bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related.
2. A master's degree in Marketing or related field.
3. At least 4 years' experience in a similar senior management role.
4. Knowledge and experience in the motor industry (yellow equipment) is a distinct advantage.
5. A clean class 4 drivers' licence is a must.
6. Excellent interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
7. Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives.
