Position: Sales Manager – Bulawayo
Company: Elyon Lubricants

Elyon Lubricants is a rapidly growing lubricant manufacturing and distribution company supplying premium automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants across Southern Africa. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bulawayo operations.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, strengthen distribution channels, and expand our market presence in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives
• Lead, manage, and motivate the Bulawayo sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and volume targets
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and performance management
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution partnerships
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee pricing strategies, quotations, negotiations, and major account closures
• Monitor stock movement, market demand, and competitor activity within the region
• Ensure timely collections and effective debtor management
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales performance reports for senior management
• Represent Elyon Lubricants professionally at industry events, customer meetings, and trade engagements

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in lubricants, automotive, FMCG, or industrial products will be a strong advantage
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, reporting, CRM systems preferred)
