Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above position that has arisen in Lagers Southern Region- Kwekwe market.

THE JOB
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful applicant will, among other key challenging aspects, be responsible for:

Duties and Responsibilities

 Promoting company products and upholding the company image.
 Generating, maximising and sustaining sales to meet set targets.
 Providing customer and consultancy services to outlets.
 Conducting promotions in order to enhance beverage sales.
 Planning, implementing and evaluating promotional programmes in order to maximise company sales in the short, medium and long term.
 Ensuring timeous debt settlement by customers.
 Gathering Market intelligence to facilitate informed decision–making.
 Producing, daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
 A Business Degree, Sales or Marketing Degree or equivalent.
 At least 3 years Sales/Marketing experience in FMCG environment.
 A clean Class 4 Driver’s licence.
 Innovative with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
 Mature, highly disciplined and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
 Be computer literate.
 Have working knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental management systems (ISO 45001, ISO14001 and NOSA) and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000
or FSSC 22000).
