We are looking for a results-driven Sales Person with experience in preparing tender documents and bids to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with meticulous attention to detail in tender preparation and submission.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target markets
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming tenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and documentation
• Maintain updated records of sales, bids, and client interactions
• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and tender/bid preparation
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and compliance requirements
