Job Summary
The Senior General Manager will oversee end-to-end operations and ensure the company achieves its strategic and financial goals. This role is responsible for setting direction, managing senior leadership, improving performance across departments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic planning and leadership
2. Overall operational management
3. Sales and business development
4. Procurement and supply chain management
5. Cooperate governance and stockholder relations
Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications
Masters in strategic management and corporate governance, Masters in Business Administration, Finance economics or related field, Professional qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years progressive management experience, ideally in Textiles Manufacturing Industry
Proven track record of driving strategy, operational performance, and measurable results.
