VACANCY - SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced person has arisen in our Human Resources Department at Cashel Valley. The position will be based in Mutare.
The Job
The successful applicant will among other key challenging aspects be responsible for:
• Administration of employee consultative meetings. (Site and National Works Council meetings). • Managing the staff canteen, canteen costs & supervising the cleaning team. • Monitoring sectional costs, headcount & structure control. • Ensuring adherence to HR Policies including Health and Safety and HIV/AIDS policies. • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all Human Resources and employee files. • Producing monthly and quarterly Human Resources reports. • Ensuring Training and Development of all employees by formulating the year's training calendar. • Administration of payroll and production of payroll related reports. • Running annual performance cycle & facilitating scorecard development and administration. • Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice exchange. • Coordinating Engagement & Wellness activities. • Handling employee IR issues including grievance and disciplinary hearings.
The Person Education and Qualifications
• University Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Corporate membership to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
• IPMZ Diploma
Experience
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG.
• Knowledge in payroll processing.
