We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Person to join our team. Your primary role will be to identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales to drive agency growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and market the company's services
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain client database
• Manage emails and inquiries
• Use social and networking platforms for leads
• Collaborate with internal creative teams
• Meet sales targets
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• A qualification in Sales, Marketing, or other arts degree
• Proven experience in sales or marketing
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in engaging corporate clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to manage emails and digital communication
• Experience with social and business platforms
